This was my Jazz´n Bossa Nova trio that I´ve founded with Bruno " Gió " Demetz. in 1997.
Gió studied jazz in Munich ( piano ) and at the Musikhochschule Groningen in Holland ( Sax ). He frequented many international jazzworkshops and plays at the time in various jazz bands. He also played the sax on the " Natural high " album. He plays Selmer Tenor and Yamaha Soprano sax & Digeridoo.
Ricci Moya played for Mind the Gab, We and Them, Paccari and is one of the most wanted percussionist in the area. You can hear him on the We and Them album and the Paccari album. At the time he also plays in the Haga Zusa Band. He com es from Peru but lives now for many years in South Tirol and he´s a big fan of Alex Accunia. He plays Latin percussions and accessories.
Kurt plays a Höfner Nightingale Special, Peavey Bandit Amp, Ibanez Chorus and Zoom 2020.
The musical program consist mostly of jazz standards, Bossa Novas, pop interpretations and own compositions. The focal point of the music lies in the ryhthmic teamwork between guitar and percussion and the free improvisation of the sax player.
